Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with PowerForge. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Returns:
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery
- To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it in.
- Proof of purchase is required (Your order number or receipt)
- To start a return, please contact the owner (joshuajkh@icloud.com) by email with your order number and a brief description of the issue
- Exchanges:
- We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us before sending your return
- Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
- Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item)
- Non-Refundable Items:
- Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned, including:
- Custom made or personalized parts
- Electrical components that have been modified
- Gift cards
