Every order we pack goes out with care, speed, and precision. Below is how we handle shipping, delivery, and tracking to keep things smooth for both of us.
🚚 1. Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
• You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your label is printed.
We put effort into getting your parts out fast — delays are rare, but if they happen, we’ll notify you right away.
📦 2. Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your package’s weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
We currently ship using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on what’s fastest for your area.
You may also see options for express or priority shipping at checkout.
🌎 3. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
• Average delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Remote or rural areas may take a bit longer.
• Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your label is created.
✈️ 4. International Shipping (if applicable)
If international shipping is available for your order, customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance.
🧱 5. Preorders or Custom Items
If you order a custom or backordered part, we’ll clearly list estimated ship times on the product page. You’ll receive updates if your order is delayed or shipped earlier than expected.
📬 6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order leaves our hands, it’s in the carrier’s control — but we’ll still help where we can.
• If your package shows as delivered but you can’t find it, check with your local carrier office first.
• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.
